The Action column reflects the recommendation that was received by the SPB from the SME work groups, but the final decision to revoke a pinkie or to pursue regulatory or new manual content adoption is solely that of the Board.
For any pinkie that is listed as "Under Review" in the Action column, it is currently being reviewed by our subject matter expert work groups (SMEs). The database serves to provide departments and employee organizations information as to the current status of each pinkie and associated historical information. Recently, TsGAIPD SPb has been acquiring documentation of various political parties and social movements since 1988.The database below represents all of the policy memos ("pinkies") issued by the State Personnel Board from 1960-2014.
